membership pausing terms:
you can pause your membership as per the allowances shown here at no charge, or switch to a holding membership for longer periods for $10 a month.

cancellation terms:
- all direct debit membership can be cancelled anytime.
- there is no fee to cancel a month-to-month direct debit membership.
- 7 day cooling off period for 3, 6 & 12 month paid in full memberships: cancellation requests for PIF memberships can be made here.
- no refunds are provided for paid in full membership cancellations.
- a membership can not be placed on hold during the 30 day notification for a cancellation period.
