all our direct debit memberships are on a month to month basis, that means you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. membership access & weekly payments continue through the 30 day notice period.

you won’t be charged any fees ever, just your usual weekly membership cost.

nope! there are no sign-up, cancellation or dishonour fees for any of our DD memberships, ever. all we ask is that you maintain your weekly payments & give the required notice for any changes or cancellation.

yep! pause for up to 4 weeks at no charge within a 6 month period (min one week at a time) or switch to a holding membership for longer periods for $10 a month. any pause requests need to be submitted via this form.

it depends! you can move from an all Haus DD or single-Haus DD to any other DD with one week’s notice but you will no longer have grandfathered pricing on the original membership if you want to switch back in future. any change requests need to be submitted via this form.

the family & mates memberships are a bit more complicated with multiple members, so they need to be cancelled in full with the usual 30 days notice in order to switch to another membership.

to move between a DD membership & a paid in full, also requires the usual 30 days notice to cancel the DDs or to wait till the end of the PIF term as there are no refunds on PIFs.

• the single-Haus memberships give you member access to a single BlocHaus gym — your choice of either Leichhardt, Mitchell or Port Melbourne.
• you’ll also get half price casual entry to any other BlocHaus gym, but will still need to pay full price for classes
• otherwise the single-Haus memberships work exactly like our all gym DD membership. you get all the same membership perks at your selected gym

you can sign up in Haus or online via our customer portal. your first weekly payment will be deducted on the date of purchase.

yep! you still get all the usual benefits like 10% off the bloc shop, bring a friend for free each month. $10 classes are just limited to your home gym. single-Haus members get half price casual entry at our other locations.

no problem! mini members can do with 1 week notice, just submit the change request form to your home gym. single-gym memberships cannot be transferred to another person.
