– all direct debit membership cancellations require 30 days notice in writing
– there is no fee to cancel a month-to-month direct debit membership
– cancelling a foundation membership before the full term (6 months or 12 months) incurs a $150 fee
– no refunds are provided for paid in full membership cancellations
– a membership can not be placed on hold during the 30 day notification for a cancellation period

– you can pause your membership as per the allowances shown below at no charge, or switch to a holding membership for longer periods for $10/month
– memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 week at a time

membership allowances:
direct debit – 4 weeks per 6 months
1 month paid in full – 1 week
6 months paid in full – 4 weeks
12 months paid in full – 8 weeks
